Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand overseas customer resources through multiple channels such as B2B platforms, exhibitions, social media, industry associations, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with customers.
2. Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner, provide professional product introductions, quotations, and technical solutions, and negotiate contract terms to promote order signing.
3. Coordinate with internal production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders, including arranging production schedules, tracking goods production progress, and handling customs declaration and shipping matters.
4. Conduct market research on target countries or regions, collect and analyze information such as market demand, competitor dynamics, industry policies, and provide suggestions for the company's product optimization and market expansion strategies.
5. Handle after-sales issues such as customer product feedback, claims, and returns, maintain good customer satisfaction, and explore potential repeat orders and new business opportunities from existing customers.
6. Complete the foreign trade sales performance indicators formulated by the company, and submit regular sales reports, customer follow-up records, and market analysis reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; holders of Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, or Singapore passports are preferred; majoring in International Trade, Foreign Language, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with foreign customers fluently; mastery of other foreign languages (such as Spanish, French, Arabic) is a plus.
3. 1-3 years of working experience in foreign trade sales, familiar with the whole process of foreign trade operations including quotation, contract signing, customs declaration, inspection, shipping and document settlement.
4. Familiar with international trade rules and regulations, customs declaration and inspection procedures, and relevant import and export policies of target markets.
5. Possess strong market development ability, communication and negotiation skills, and be able to independently develop customers and complete sales tasks.
6. Have good stress resistance, execution ability and team cooperation spirit, be able to adapt to irregular work schedules when necessary (such as receiving overseas customer calls outside working hours).
